At Gimme Pleasure, the complete satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. Check out some of our frequently asked questions below to get the information you’re looking for. Due to the nature of our products there are absolutely NO REFUNDS.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes. However, there is an associated fee and you must be in the Sumter, SC area to request delivery. All orders outside of a 20 mile radius of our area must place orders online. We also participate in local and surrounding area vending events giving our customers the opportunity to shop with us in person. Subscribe to our mailing list to stay up to date on vending locations and dates.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We value all of our customers; their health and well-being. Because we specialize in personal hygiene products with direct contact to the body there is a no return/exchange policy. Should a customer receive damaged product(s) (i.e unusable) due to mishandling during delivery contact our customer service and we will gladly replace damaged goods.
**Note: Damaged conditions will be at the discretion of Gimme Pleasure.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
No. Currently we do not offer gift cards. Subscribe to our mailing list to stay in the know of all updates and changes.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit and debit card and PayPal.
WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE SHIPPING TIME?
Normal order of business items will be shipped 5-7 business days after order date. Any orders that may fall out of this time-frame for any unforeseen reason(s) the purchaser will be notified via email with specific order details.
